Retention periods of personal data
Ludulicious does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected, unless a longer retention period is legally required or permitted.
- Deleted accounts: Accounts deleted by users are immediately removed from the active system. If direct deletion is not possible due to technical or referential limitations, the data will be anonymized (for example by replacing usernames with unique, non-identifiable codes).
- Backups: Data may remain in (historical) backups for as long as legally required, but at least for a period of one year after deletion of an account or data. These backups are used exclusively for disaster recovery and are not actively accessed for operational purposes.
